Black Friday is on! Pending changing regulations from our state and government, we plan to *safely* hold Black Friday this year, with a couple of changes. The safety of our employees and customers is at the forefront of our sale this year. We will be limiting store capacity to hold 25 customers at once. During the sale, we will be doing our part by wearing masks, sanitizing frequently, and providing hand sanitizer for public use. We ask our customers to do their part by wearing masks, maintaining a 6ft distance from other guests when possible, and limiting contact with items throughout the store. This will be a big change for us this year, so we ask for your patience and understanding throughout this busy holiday season in advance. We promise to do our best to ensure a fun and safe shopping experience.
Black Friday at Hatteras Island Boardsports will begin on Saturday, November 21st at 10 am and will end on Sunday, November 29th at 6 pm. The big sale applies to in store purchases only. Our online site will have a 30% discount applied to items at checkout from Nov. 21st - Dec. 24. Our regular off season store hours of 10-6 will remain during the duration of the sale.
Beginning on November 30th, we are excited to announce a new way to save here at Hatteras Island Boardsports. This year will be our first annual "25 Days of Savings". Each day will represent a category or a special sale! All categories are discounted 30% off that day ONLY. On the 23rd, Surfboards will be $50 off, and on the 24th, the store will be 40% off storewide, which will only exclude surfboards. Another new and exciting thing you will see at Hatteras Island Boardsports this year is a drop box for Toys for Tots. We encourage our customers to help us support this cause that supports Dare County children in need of presents this holiday season. The donation opportunity will run from the first week of November until December 13th. Every person that donates will be put into a raffle for a drawing of a $50 HIB gift certificate! The gift certificate winner will be announced on December 15th.
